Movana Hannah is a straight A student at the number one high school in Michigan, International Academy, which is an International Baccalaureate school. When Movana is not busy with school, she loves to give back to her community, which she volunteers every week at the 501(c)(3) nonprofit The Bottomless Toy Chest. From all her volunteer efforts, Movana has won the Michigan Community Impact Award and the Ambassador level of National Community Service Awards for over 100 hours of service in 2023-24. Movana has also received the prestigious Tulane Book Award in 2024 for her excellence in academics, leadership, and public service.
Not only does Movana love to volunteer in her free time, but she enjoys swimming (which she is a certified Red Cross Lifeguard and teaches swimming lessons), playing soccer with her younger siblings, and spending time with her family.
After graduating high school, Movana plans to attend Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. There, she plans on majoring in Business Management and minoring in Spanish. After this, Movana will attend law school at either Yale, Harvard, or the University of Michigan for corporate law. Finally, Movana will complete her goals when she opens up her own law firm.
